Oakland Township, MI – November 6, 2013 — Oakland County Executive, L. Brooks Patterson, representatives
from Oakland Township and surrounding communities, dignitaries from the Home Builders Association
of Southeast Michigan, The Pinnacle development team and participating homebuilders took part in a
groundbreaking ceremony today for the 2014 Homearama®. Recognized as the ultimate home tour, the event
will be hosted at The Pinnacle, located off the north side of Silverbell Road, east of Adams Road in Oakland
Township, Michigan.

The Pinnacle will be the most exclusive collection of homes in Moceri’s array of master-planned neighborhoods
called The Oaklands, that line Adams Road from Dutton to Silverbell Roads. Oakland County Executive
Patterson commented, “The first phase of homebuilding at The Pinnacle is projected to add $137.5 million in
new construction activity along with millions in local taxes, wages and local business revenue. More than 1,700
area jobs will also be supported by The Pinnacle development.” “The demand for luxury housing in Oakland
County is being supercharged by the growth in the automotive and technology sectors, which are booming in
our area,” he stated.

Michael Stoskopf, CEO of the Home Builders Association of Southeast Michigan, declared, “The downturn in
the homebuilding industry here is officially over! Although this will be the first Homearama® celebration in more
than a decade – it will be well worth the wait.” “The Pinnacle enclave is simply majestic in every detail, from
the grand entry monument, to the original sculpture, to the spectacular water features and ironwork, no detail
has been overlooked. However, the crème de la crème will be the six magnificent dream homes that will be
lavishly decorated and landscaped by some of the nation’s best professionals,” he continued. “Visitors will
have the opportunity to see all of the one-of-a-kind concepts that are found in $1.8 – $4 million custom homes.
The 2014 Homearama® will be a must see for every family,” Stoskopf enthused.

Dominic J. Moceri, who heads the Moceri Companies’ development division said, “Our design team devoted
thousands of hours to shape The Pinnacle. It is truly the crown jewel of The Oaklands. Our vision was to create
a true executive sanctuary… a place to relax and revitalize, a place to share memories with family and
friends, and above all, a place to enjoy the finest that life has to offer. We wanted to create a community
on par with Palm Beach, Greenwich, Augusta and other exclusive addresses. We also studied the homes and
public spaces in Detroit’s historic neighborhoods like Palmer Park, Boston Edison and the Grosse Pointes for
details that we could incorporate at The Pinnacle that would pay homage to Detroit’s heyday, when the city
was often referred to as the Paris of West. Each of the four custom builders share our passion to build exquisite
homes that are world’s apart from anything else in the market.” “After all,” Moceri said, “there can only be
one “Ultimate Homearama®.”

The 2014 Homearama® is scheduled for touring by the public from August 29, 2014 (Labor Day weekend)
through September 21, 2014. Leading custom home building companies will include:
Arteva Homes – Brian Szliter & Vito Terracciano
Cranbrook Homes – Sebastian Lombardo
MJC Companies – Michael A. Chirco
Moceri Companies – Frank Moceri

Three of the showcase model homes featured at the Homearama® will be presented by master builder,
Frank Moceri, and architect, Dominick Tringali. After working together for 20 years, they formed a strategic
alliance last year, which has resulted in the exclusive Architectural Collection Custom Homes. “Dominick and
I believe that design excellence and the best construction practices are inseparable,” commented Frank
Moceri. “Our experienced crews have been with us for decades. That means that we can build to a level
of quality and detail that others without our resources can’t achieve. Our clients are happy to attest to the
quality of the homes we build as well as the professionalism and courtesy of our crews,“ he said.
“Frank and I are selling at higher price points to more savvy buyers than ever before,” said Dominick Tringali.
The Oaklands is quickly nearing its build-out point and there is a real shortage of homesites of this caliber.
For the Homearama®, we’re creating three amazing homes that visitors have never seen before. We
have designed a French-themed home with authentic European-style design. It will feature an elevator to
accommodate the growing “aging in place” market. Our second model will be the first Homearama® model
with a courtyard-style pool that will be an extension of the home’s main entertainment area. The lower level
will be themed in a pub-type atmosphere, complete with an indoor golf simulator. The third home will be the
only ranch style home in Homearama®. It will be a French Country ranch that will be the talk of the show! Our
design trends for 2014 and beyond will feature his and her offices, a kids study station, a wine lounge, master
suite with sitting room, spa bath and even an enormous walk-in closet with a separate shoe closet for her,”
Tringali said.

Nothing about the 2014 Homearama® will be mundane, everything will be revved up to the max. In addition
to a traditional ceremony to mark the groundbreaking, six backhoes also roared to life and began to dig all
six basements at the same time. Why? “Because we have only nine months to build six amazing homes that
normally require up to 2 years each to finish. But that’s the way we roll,” said Dominic J. Moceri.
